• No unlawful content or infringement of rights
• No unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service disruption
• No use to build a competing service or benchmarking without consent

Customer Data & Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. We process it solely to provide and secure the Service and meet legal obligations.

Third-Party Services

Integrations are subject to their providers’ terms and policies. We may use subprocessors; see Subprocessors.

Fees & Taxes

Fees and taxes are stated at checkout or in your order form.

Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirement, with notice where feasible.

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
